Happy Birthday Wendell Garrett.
The appraiser, of Antiques Roadshow fame, is celebrating his 80th birthday in Tuscaloosa today with cake from Mary's.
Three cakes -- strawberry, chocolate and white -- covered in marble fondant and luster dust, resemble old books.
We had the funnest time making them and hope he enjoys his birthday. Wonder what kind of appraisal they will get...
