The first real two-wedding Saturday of the season.
The first wedding was an early pick-up for a wedding in Brookwood. A three tier bride's cake and three cake "wagons" for the groom to be pulled by a John Deere tractor. Sorry that I didn't get a photo.
The second was an end-of-the-day delivery to The L&N Station, the old Louisville and Nashville Train Station on Greensboro Avenue.
The wedding cake had five tiers accented with purple hydrangeas. Very pretty.
The groom's cake was a tree stump.
Three 12-inch tiers of chocolate cake iced as one large cake, plus a smaller topsy-turvy branch. And several marzipan acorns. And a red bird.
