On every shelf, on every sheet pan (and we have a LOT of sheet pans). On every half sheet pan. On trays. In tins. On platters.
Shortbread cookies, russian tea cakes, dream bars, plantation bars, linzer tarts, almond spritz cookies, pine nut cookies, thumbprints, chocolate sugar cookies.
And candy...chocolate fudge, peanut butter fudge, peppermint fudge, divinity, pralines, chocolate covered salted caramels.
One more week of fun and games in the bakery.
