I wish I could say that we are not obsessed with the contest. But we are.
However, life does goes on at the bakery. And no, those #2 pencil shortbread cookies have nothing to do with the contest.
Our to-do list includes four weddings this weekend, plus several birthday and shower cakes.
There are loads of cupcakes to be made. And cookies. And petit fours.
A bunch of batches of croissant dough are in progress for stuffed croissants, bear claws and pains au chocolat.
We'll have a new flavor of gelato this afternoon -- banana split (banana gelato with ganache, nuts and strawberry sauce swirled in!
Tomorrow is Art Night.
Then there are the daily donations of sweet treats to the wonderful volunteers at TES.

I think these cookies will be very attractive to kids especially because of pencil look and i think its also delicious. Thanks for posting.
