Heck yeah!! Nick and I eat homemade bergurs much more often than we eat them out. I don't think I've ever broiled my bergurs though, as I typically do them on the skillet on the stove top. I love the idea though. I only just started using the broiler for salmon. I love the way it cooks the salmon, so I'll have to try bergurs next time!
